Academic Integrity
Dr. LaShonda Anthony serves as the Director for Academic Integrity and an adjunct professor in the Women and Gender Studies program at George Mason University.  In this role she works with college students who serve on the university’s Honor Committee.  These students are tasked with providing education to their fellow students around issues of academic integrity as well as hearing cases of academic dishonesty when they arise in the college environment. She also partners with faculty to address integrity issues and brainstorm alternative teaching strategies aiming at infusing integrity into the classroom.

 Dr. Anthony has worked in higher education for over 23 years at institutions across the country, including the State University of New York at Oswego, Grand Valley State University in Michigan, University of Wisconsin Green Bay, Western Washington University, and Augustana College in Rock Island, Illinois.

 Dr. Anthony has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Grand Valley State University , a Master’s Degree in Counseling from Western Illinois University , and a Doctorate of Philosophy in Educational Leadership from Western Michigan University.
